At Plant Services we pride ourselves on our service.  We tackle each problem with a methodical approach that ensures a quick turnaround time for our customers. We have a fully equipped workshop and service, repair and maintain all makes and models of air compressor and ancillaries to the air power system.  We design and install compressed air piping reticulation systems and carry out pressure vessel testing on all types of pressure vessels.

General Purpose Industrial Air

We provide and support compressors for all types of industrial use from piston machines for intermittent air usage requirements to Rotary Screws for constant air delivery. The size and type of compressor used depends entirely on the application it’s used for.  We also supply a full range of air tools and compressed air ancillaries such as air receivers and compressor oil and spare parts.

High Quality Air

In today’s workplace, the demand for high quality air is steadily increasing.  Water vapour and oil in the air line can interfere with the mechanics of production line machinery, create fisheyes and bubbling in spray-paint finishes and damage air tools and sensitive pneumatic valves.  If you find the cost of rework, repairs and downtime are steadily escalating, then it is time to upgrade your compressed air system.  Using a combination of Rotary Screw air compressors, Compressed Air Dryers and Inline Filters we can deliver technically oil free air with a pressure dew point of down to -70°C. Medical Grade Air

In applications where compressed air is required to be totally free of oil and moisture (eg. medical and pharmaceutical), we offer our non-lubricated ranges of scroll and water injected screw compressors.  Coupled with either refrigerated or adsorption compressed air dryers (pressure dew points of 3°C to -70°C) and inline filters (down to 0.01µ), air free of all contaminants, odour and taste can be delivered.  We not only supply these systems but offer full after sales and breakdown support.
