PRINCE2® Project Management Methodology
 PRINCE2® is a best practice project management framework that is used worldwide. It is a structured management process that emphasises the importance of an organised and controlled start, middle and end to a project. It enables project managers to deliver projects on time, within budget and the quality the customer wants. PRINCE2® is product-focused and designed to be used on any type of project and in any environment.
PRINCE2® Training
PRINCE2® Foundation course
This is an intensive three day course. The course content considers the various elements of PRINCE2® as they occur in a project, i.e. the 7 principles, 7 themes and 7 processes of PRINCE2®.
PRINCE2® Practitioner course
This is a very intensive five day course. The first three days comprises of the Foundation level, with days four and five concentrating on preparing for the Practitioner assessment. This level is aimed at gauging whether a candidate would be able to apply PRINCE2® to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2®. To this end they need to exhibit the competence required for the Foundation qualification and show that they can apply PRINCE2® to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario. The PRINCE2® Practitioner certification is highly regarded world wide.
PRINCE2® Briefing for Senior Managers
This half day course provides an introduction to the PRINCE2® methodology and is tailored specifically for Senior Managers. The benefits of introducing PRINCE2® will be highlighted and Managers will gain an appreciation of PRINCE2® Principles, Processes, Themes and Techniques.
Project-in-a-Box software
 We are the agents in Africa for this excellent product. Project-in-a-box is designed to lead you through a project managed using PRINCE2. It can be tailored to accommodate an organisation’s own processes.
